(NEWS RELEASE) The Topeka Swim Association is hosting the Central Zone Championship, a USA Swimming sanctioned event hosting more than 700 swimmers ages 14 and under from the Midwest, featuring morning preliminaries, timed finals, and championship and consolation finals.
This competitive swim meet attracts swimmers from across the region including swimmers from Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
The Central Zone Championship will be held at the Capitol Federal Natatorium in Hummer Sports Park from August 2 - 4, 2013.
The tournament schedule is:
Friday, August 2: 8:40 a.m. – early evening
Saturday, August 3: 8:40 a.m. – early evening
Sunday, August 4: 8:40 a.m. – early evening
