This historic summertime cocktail has elusive origins, but ultimately leads us all the way back to Jamaica in the late 1800s. A mix of rum and fresh fruit juices make this cocktail a perfect drink for warm, summer afternoons.
- 8 oz. Ron Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva rum
- Juice of 4 limes
- 4 oz. orange juice
- 1 oz. Wilks & Wilson Ginger Simple
- 12 oz.Chilled mineral water
- 12 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 2 oz. grenadine
Mix all ingredients into a large pitcher over 3 cups of ice. Garnish with fresh mint, cherries and lime. Serve chilled.
