WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama is set to nominate former Bush administration official James Comey as the next FBI director.
Comey was No. 2 at the Justice Department under President George W. Bush and then was general counsel to Connecticut-based hedge fund Bridgewater Associates from 2010 until earlier this year.
The top Republican on the Senate committee that would review the nomination says Comey would face questions about his ties to Wall Street.
