A person of interest and vehicle sought in connection to the discovery of three bodies inside a barn at a Franklin County farm have been found, the Kansas Highway Patrol says.
The "attempt to locate" for 27-year-old Kyle Flack and a black 2007 Toyota Corolla were canceled early Wednesday, the Patrol said, but no additional details were offered.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Department had no new information on the case early Wednesday.
Flack was named as a person of interest Tuesday night.
Cyle Bailey, 23, was also initially named as a person of interest in the case, but the Highway Patrol issued a second alert Tuesday night without Bailey's name on it.
Bailey is brothers with Shawn Bailey, who is married to Kaylie Bailey. Kaylie is a missing mother from Olathe who reportedly spends a good deal of time at the Franklin County farm. Her 1 ½ year-old daughter is also missing.
The two were last seen in a vehicle matching the description of the vehicle located Wednesday morning.
The bodies, discovered on the farm just outside of Ottawa on Monday, were that of two adult males and one adult female, Franklin County Sheriff Jeff Richards said Tuesday. The deaths are being investigated as homicides.
If you have any information about this case, you are urged to call the Franklin County TIPS Hotline at 888-311-8477, or send a text message beginning with the word "Franklin" to 274637.
