The 2013 honorees are inducted into the Kansas Hall of Fame Friday night.
Laureates include the first Kansas colored infantry, "Kansas" the iconic rock band, Doctor James Naismith, the father of basketball, Doctors C.F. Karl and Will Menninger and Clark Kent - also known as Superman.
