Residents were allowed to return to a downtown apartment building Monday night after it was evacuated due to a fire in one of the units.
The fire was reported just before 8:00 PM at a second floor unit in Saint Gregory's Apartments at 635 SW Harrison.
At one point the entire unit was engulfed in flames.
Crews evacuated the building so they could battle the blaze.
It was under control in about 20 minutes.
Firefighters say there was no one in the apartment when they arrived.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
