Topeka, Kan. - Police can now confirm another arrest in this case. Ahmed El Asrag, age 30 of Topeka was booked into Department of Corrections on 2 counts sale of schedule one narcotics, and possession of a schedule one narcotic with intent to sell.
Police can now confirm that Mohammad Asif, age 47 of Overland Park was booked into Department of Corrections on 6 counts of a sale of a schedule one narcotic, and 6 counts drug tax violation. The names of the other individuals taken into custody in connection with this case are being withheld at this time as the investigation continues.

Conoco- 706 SW Fairlawn

Names are currently being withheld as we continue to conduct interviews and investigate.
At 11:00 this morning, officers executed eight search warrants at different businesses in Topeka that were believed to be involved in the sale and distribution of K2, a schedule one synthetic cannabis drug.
These warrants were the result of a ten month investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies. During the execution of the warrants the businesses were temporarily shut down.
