MANHATTAN, Kansas - The fire that occurred early on the morning of August 22, 2013 at 721 Osage Street, Manhattan, Kan. has been ruled an incendiary fire by investigators. The result of the scene examination concluded that the fire originated on the front porch of the residence. Sufficient evidence was recovered during the investigation to determine the fire was intentionally set.
