(Topeka Symphony Orchestra) - The Topeka Symphony Orchestra invites the public to meet with its new Music Director and Conductor, Kyle Wiley Pickett, at an open public forum on Tuesday evening, October 29, at 6:30 p.m. at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library. The meeting will be in Marvin Auditorium, Room 101C.
Maestro Pickett will be sharing his ideas and vision for the future of the Topeka Symphony Orchestra. He is seeking public input and feedback about programming, outreach, community involvement, and other avenues by which the TSO can continue to be a vital part of the arts community in northeast Kansas.
The Topeka Symphony is a professional orchestra of 80 musicians from across northeast Kansas. The Symphony performs in White Concert Hall and presents a seven concert season including world-class guest artists.
